The therapeutic mud baths of Lo Pagán
At the northern tip of the Mar Menor, near Lo Pagán, the Las Salinas mud has long been prized for its mineral-rich, skin-soothing properties. Visitors coat themselves, let it dry in the sun, then rinse off in the warm lagoon.
The surrounding regional park is also a haven for flamingos and other wading birds — bring binoculars and walk the boardwalks at dusk.
